JW Fall Conference and Cookout: Renewing the Culture--Lessons from the Life and Leadership of William Wilberforce: No single individual did more to rid the British empire of slavery than Wilberforce. His life and leadership provide key lessons on how to renew a culture that has lost its moral moorings. Come enjoy the food and the insights. Saturday, October 4 from 5:30-8:30 pm. Location: Joshua's Way Conference Center. Cost: $5
Marching to the Beat of the Heavenly Drummer--A Stellar Bible Study: This Bible study will help you to refocus and recharge your spiritual batteries. Join us on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays during September, October, and November from 11:45 am to 1:00 pm. Location: Stellar Restaurant and Wine Bar (next to Trio), 20 N. Main St., Greenville. Lunch provided. $5.
Bible Blitz: An Overview of the Entire Bible in 3 Weeks: Beginning Monday, September 8 from 7:00-9:00 at JW Conference Center
Train Yourself-- How to Study the Bible: Designed to help the serious layperson better understand and study the Scriptures, this 6 week study begins on Wednesday, August 20 from 6:30-7:30 pm. (Location: Greer First Baptist Church, Room B35)
First Friday Book Reviews at JW: 12 noon to 1:00 pm at JW Conference Center. Lunch provided. $5.
