Joshua's Way Core Curriculum

The Core Curriculum is designed for those who:

• Want a biblical foundation for living

• Want to know and understand Christian theology
• Want to understand the key events and people that have shaped the history of the church and continue to influence it today
• Desire spiritual growth and development
• Wish to interact with people from a variety of backgrounds as they explore the Christian faith

The Core Curriculum consists of 4 modules.

• Module 1:       The Bible:  For Those Who Don't Want To Be Dummies (8 sessions)

                         Covers foundational information about the Bible including its origin, preservation, translation, interpretation, and application.  Students will also get an overview of the content of the whole Bible.

• Module 2:     Basic Christian Theology:  For Those Who Want To Understand (8 sessions)
  

Do you want to better understand the Christian faith?  Do you want to explore the foundational beliefs of Christianity?  Do you want to be able to ask questions about issues of faith in a safe environment?  Then join us for this course.  

• Module 3:     Basic Church History:  For Those Who Want Lessons from Real Life (8 sessions)

Reviews the key personalities and events that have shaped the church from A. D. 70 to the present

• Module 4:     Personal Spiritual Formation:  For Those Who Want Deeper Roots (8 sessions)

                        Explores twelve different tools for spiritual growth.

Each module requires reading and some basic memory work.
